About The Show

Horny OFF MAIN is a weekly podcast conceived of early in the isolation/social distance regulations put in place in response to the global pandemic as a result of the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) in an attempt to provide an outlet for expression and for guests and listeners to feel connected.

Hosts Amitai Marmorstein and Katie-Ellen Humphries take time each week to explore the silly, frustrating, inane, embarrassing, challenging and funny things they wrestle with and invite a string of hilarious guests to do the same, with a special interest in the feelings, behaviours and habits we’re not always encouraged to express.

At the risk of sounding grandiose (for a thing that is most assuredly ungrand), Horny OFF Main is a show about desire, shame and the ever-present blessing and burden of being alive – so basically the experience of having a crush. Listeners are invited to feel part of intimate, hilarious conversations as a pair of comically late bloomers and their funny guests connect over the beautiful and grotesque things that make us who we are.
